First, you need to create a parent account. Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard and click "Add Participant". You'll then be prompted to fill in your child's details, including their name, age, a short bio, and a profile photo.
Yes, you can register and manage multiple children from a single parent account. Each child will have their own unique profile page in the competition.
No, registration is completely free! You only pay for votes if you choose to support a participant.
Children must be between the ages of 1 and 12 to be eligible for the competition. The parent or guardian registering the child must be at least 18 years old.
Navigate to the participant's profile page, select a vote package, and click "Vote Now". You can pay securely online using a credit/debit card, bank transfer, or USSD. You can also choose to pay via offline bank transfer.
If you choose offline payment, you will be shown our bank account details. After making the transfer, you must upload a clear proof of payment (like a screenshot or receipt) on the same page. Our administrators will verify the payment, and the votes will be credited to the participant upon successful verification.
We strive to verify all offline payments within 1-3 hours during business hours. You will receive a notification once the votes have been applied.
No. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all vote purchases are final and non-refundable.
If your payment fails, please double-check your card details, ensure you have sufficient funds, and try again. If the issue persists, you may need to contact your bank or try an alternative payment method like bank transfer.
The competition is divided into multiple stages, each with a specific duration and a minimum number of required votes. Participants must achieve the required votes within the stage's timeframe to advance to the next round.
No, vote counts are reset at the beginning of each new stage. Votes purchased for a participant only apply to the current active stage.
The final winner is the participant with the highest number of votes at the end of the final stage of the competition. Prizes are also awarded to runners-up as detailed on our Prizes page.
Participants can be disqualified for violating our rules, such as using bots or automated systems for voting, creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes, or submitting false information. We have systems in place to detect fraudulent activities to ensure a fair competition.
On the Login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password.
Log in to your parent dashboard. You will see a list of your registered participants. Click "Edit" next to the child's name to update their bio, hobbies, or profile photo. You can also manage their photo gallery from there.
Please ensure your photo is in a supported format (JPG, PNG, or GIF) and is smaller than 2MB. If you continue to have issues, try clearing your browser cache or using a different web browser.
From your dashboard, go to the participant's edit page. You will find a "Photo Gallery" section where you can upload additional images. Each participant can have up to 5 gallery photos.
